Aldeias de Xisto da Lousã full-day desde Coimbra

This full day experience takes you from Coimbra into the rural heart of central Portugal exploring the natural landscapes and traditions of the Serra da Lousa. Traveling through the mountains you will discover ancient customs local routines and authentic gastronomy. The journey includes visits to the schist villages of Cerdeira Candal Talasnal and Casal Novo where stone houses blend perfectly into the mountain scenery. Along the way you will visit Arouce Castle the natural beach of Nossa Senhora da Piedade and reach the highest point of Trevim where you can enjoy the famous Lousa swing and sweeping views over the region.
