NowThingstodo Cancellation Policy
At NowThingstodo, we want to give our customers flexibility while respecting the cancellation policies of our experience providers. Most bookings offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity begins. Always review the cancellation terms listed on each activity page before confirming your booking.
Types of Cancellation Policies
Each supplier sets their own cancellation rules. Bookings generally fall into one of three categories:
- Fully Refundable: Cancel within the specified time for a full refund.
- Partially Refundable: Cancel within the allowed window for a partial refund.
- Non-Refundable: No refund is available if canceled.
You’ll see the specific cancellation policy in the “Cancellation” section of each product listing and on your booking confirmation email or voucher.
Booking Modifications
If you need to change your date, time, or other details, contact us or use your NowThingstodo account. Modifications are subject to availability and the supplier’s terms. Not all bookings can be changed.
Supplier Cancellations
If a supplier cancels your booking due to bad weather, low participation, or operational reasons, they will offer you an alternative where possible. If no alternative is available or acceptable, you’ll receive a full refund automatically via your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed based on the supplier’s terms. Once a refund is confirmed, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but generally take 3–7 business days.
Discounts & Promotions
If your booking included a discount or promotional offer, the offer may no longer be valid if you cancel. Any refund provided will be based on the amount paid, not the full retail price
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Failure to attend an activity or arriving too late is considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued unless the supplier’s policy specifically allows it.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases such as medical emergencies or major travel disruptions, we may offer credit or refunds beyond the supplier’s policy at our discretion. Documentation may be required.
