JUST EAT IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. The delivery drivers have messed up every time I have used justeat. I will not be using it ever again. They cant follow easy direction, maybe find a different job love.you cant even do this one properly 🤪

The customer support team was completely unhelpful. Your money is the only thing the company cares about, they don't care if your order is correctly received.

Close-passed this morning on the bike by one of your employees. Branded orange VW veared at speed into the Bus Lane illegally before Terenure village. Large ginger fella with a big round head and beard was drivng the vehicle licence ending xx382. This is a very bad look for a company that relies on the safety of at-risk road users to deliver the products. Please have a word. Thanks..

Delivery driver took food and claimed delivered to workplace. When asked to be refunded JustEat customer care blindly believed delivery driver and told me this decision wouldn’t be over turned. Don’t use, order directly from Restaurants.

I ordered food from one of my favourite restaurant and I didn’t get my order because the driver sent to another address even though my address on my app was correct. I don’t recommend just eat. It’s not enough just to send money back. You need to fix this issue.
