Middle Eastern Flavours Take Centre Stage in Immersive Seafood Cooking Experience

Food lovers are invited to embark on a flavour-filled journey through the Middle East, where centuries-old culinary traditions meet bold spices, fragrant herbs and vibrant coastal cuisine. Guided by expert chefs, participants will discover the authentic ingredients that define the region's cooking, gaining insight into the techniques and flavours that have made Middle Eastern dishes renowned around the world.

Throughout the hands-on class, guests will explore the distinctive character of signature ingredients such as sumac, za'atar and baharat. The session focuses on balancing spices and aromatics while demonstrating how these traditional seasonings can transform everyday ingredients into memorable dishes rich in flavour and authenticity.

Working at individual cooking stations, participants will prepare a seafood-inspired menu featuring whole roasted fish, crisp kataifi prawns, a refreshing chopped salad and handmade za'atar flatbread. Under the guidance of experienced chefs, every dish is crafted from scratch, offering practical skills and techniques that can be easily recreated at home.

The experience concludes with guests gathering in a welcoming dining room to enjoy the meal they have prepared together. Participants will also receive recipe cards to take home, along with new culinary knowledge and the confidence to recreate the warmth, generosity and vibrant flavours of Middle Eastern cuisine in their own kitchens.
