Vasco was our guide and he went above and beyond to make our tour amazing. He also gave us many recommendations once we left Lisbon and weren’t even with him anymore. Our family loved spending time with him and learning and seeing the castles in Sintra and beyond. My teens were even impressed and that was with getting them up at 8 am. He also choreographed my teen daughter’s Instagram worthy posts and did some cool videos throughout the day for us. Vasco is a gem 💎

We spent twelve wonderful days touring with Vasco, our new friend. From the time he met us at the airport in Lisbon until he dropped us off at the airport in Porto, everything was organized perfectly. He showed us all over his beautiful Portugal with so much knowledge, history, insights and pride. He spent time getting to know the four of us and adjusted our daily visits depending on our interests and needs. During our visit, the entire country experienced a power outage. Vasco went out of his way to buy us some water, fruit and snacks to take back to our hotel. He recommended many local restaurants and places of interest for us to do on our own and they were exactly what we wanted. We had lunch with him each day and he always recommended that we try some of the local specialties, from sardines and traditional fish stew to the most wonderful pastries. During this time, we talked about many different things - our families, our countries and just life in general. Everyone we dealt with from Portugal Magik as we planned our trip was highly professional, extremely helpful and very pleasant. We all would recommend traveling with Portugal Magik and you would be extremely fortunate to have Vasco as your guide. Obrigada, Vasco. 🇵🇹

We did the all day tour of Lisbon with Joe (Jose Barreira ) as our guide. What a great tour! We learned so much of the history of Lisbon. Joe is very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. He is very professional and does not push us too fast. We went the distance which involves about 17000 steps by the end! If you love history and architecture and seeing a wide variety of Lisbon, this is a great tour! Be prepared to walk though!! Thanks again Joe!

My family had the best private tour that we've ever experienced. Six days, four adults touring Lisbon and the surrounding cities/sights, up to Porto and then back to Lisbon. We had no idea how many fascinating sights and experiences make up this incredible country. We unanimously believe we got the most out of our trip because of our guide Diogo (Andy). If you want the closest thing to a "guaranteed fabulous experience", ensure Diogo (Andy) is your private tour guide. Unlike many other tour guides, he ensures he is not the center of attention, but rather you and your family and Portugal are the focus. Here are just a few adjectives about Diogo: knowledgeable, warm, kind, punctual, accommodating, generous, thoughtful, and charming.

Wonderful Sintra Cascais Day Trip with Incredible Lunch! There were truly so many tours to choose from when looking to visit Sintra and surrounds from Lisbon, it was difficult to narrow down our options - reading through multiple reviews on Trip Advisor helped us to choose Sintra Magic Private Tours... and we were so glad that we did! Not only were we greeted with a luxury vehicle at our hotel, our guide Rui (Roy) was truly a master at creating the most boutique and perfect day trip for us. We left early to avoid the Sintra crowds and were pleased to experience the magic and romance of the most beautiful palace with hardly any other tourists! Expert navigation, information and history in just the right balance to give us the best day out. Lunch was also a highlight, stopping at the most delicious seafood restaurant where we were not rushed and could enjoy the best tastes of Portugal’s food and wine. Returning back to our hotel, we agreed that our day was a perfect balance of sights, history and tastes of Portugal! Highly recommend Sintra Magik Private Tours, you will be as impressed as us! Thank you Roy!
