Refresh Your Diving Skills with a Confidence-Building Refresher Course

For certified divers who have been away from the water for more than two years, a refresher course provides the perfect opportunity to rebuild confidence and return to diving comfortably. Designed to be thorough yet flexible, the program can be completed in a single day or divided into two sessions to suit holiday schedules and personal preferences.

The course includes full equipment rental, a pool skills review, a guided boat dive, professional dive guidance, and a dive log. During the pool session, instructors help participants correctly set up their gear, review essential diving practices, and revisit important skills needed for safe and enjoyable underwater experiences. Divers may also learn additional techniques beyond their original certification training, helping them feel more prepared before returning to open water.

Once the required skills have been refreshed, participants take part in a guided boat dive where they can enjoy exploring beneath the surface with professional supervision. Repeating pool exercises during the dive is optional, allowing divers to focus on enjoying the experience while regaining comfort in the water. After completing the program, participants are considered current divers and can continue future dives without requiring a professional guide.

The training approach focuses on creating safe, knowledgeable, and confident divers while supporting multiple certification systems, including NAUI, PADI, and SSI. By combining practical skills with diving knowledge from different teaching traditions, the course provides a well-rounded learning experience for divers of all backgrounds.
