Nitrox, Rescue, and Specialty Course

During the course, both your surface and underwater skills are carefully developed through structured training in the pool, confined water, and open water sessions. Each stage is designed to build confidence and competence while ensuring safety and enjoyment. As part of the certification, participants are required to complete CPR and first aid training, either during the course or independently. The Rescue Diver course is highly valuable and enjoyable but is not intended for casual reef tours, as much of the training takes place at the surface focusing on emergency response skills. The structured approach ensures that divers gain a strong foundation, preparing them to handle real-world situations effectively while also enjoying the underwater environment responsibly.

Dive Isla Bella’s teaching philosophy centers on developing safe, knowledgeable, and confident divers and buddies. We offer instruction for all major dive agencies, including NAUI, PADI, and SSI, and accept referrals from any universal agency system. Students can choose the agency that best suits them, while our integrated course covers the essential skills from all agencies to ensure thorough training. NAUI is known for its detailed academic approach using traditional books, workbooks, tables, and logbooks, ideal for divers who want to understand the reasoning behind each skill. SSI offers a fully digital, easy to access system allowing students to start immediately and study on multiple devices without oversimplifying material, making it suitable for all ages. PADI provides both online and traditional learning options, with structured chapters and knowledge reviews, designed to be approachable even for younger students while maintaining rigorous standards. Each agency has unique strengths, but the core skills of safe diving remain consistent, ensuring that every diver emerges confident and capable to explore the underwater world safely.
