In the heart of Chiavari’s historic center, surrounded by ancient alleys, stone porches, and colorful buildings overlooking the sea, I invite you to immerse yourself in an intimate and authentic culinary journey celebrating the flavors of the Ligurian coast. You will be welcomed into my charming Genoese-style house, nestled in one of the city’s most evocative corners, where a guided tasting of the Gulf of La Spezia’s prized oysters awaits. Carefully selected from the finest local sources, these oysters are paired with an array of exceptionally fresh seafood, including red prawns, scampi, anchovies, tuna, and marinated swordfish. Each dish, whether raw or cooked, draws inspiration from traditional Ligurian seafood cuisine while incorporating delicate creative touches to highlight the natural flavors of the sea.
