Three Day First Aid at Work

Experience a fully immersive three-day First Aid at Work course designed for all ages. Over the duration of 24 hours, participants gain practical and theoretical skills to confidently handle a wide range of emergency situations. This comprehensive program meets the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, enabling holders to act as workplace First Aiders under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The course is flexible and can be tailored to specific audiences, such as office teams or engineering staff, with dynamic teaching methods that keep learners engaged and active throughout the sessions.

Discover practical techniques in a safe and supportive environment while covering essential first aid procedures, from CPR and bandaging to managing fractures, burns, and choking incidents. Participants will also learn to assess situations, handle medical emergencies such as heart attacks, strokes, and diabetes, and manage allergic reactions and shock. The course allows non-consecutive scheduling, offers independent assessment throughout, and upon completion, provides a nationally recognized OFQUL certificate valid for three years, ensuring professional qualification and confidence in real-world scenarios.
