This two day assessment is designed for paddlers ready to achieve their Paddlesport Leader qualification. It focuses on leading mixed groups using kayaks canoes and stand up paddleboards in sheltered waters and slow moving rivers. Participants will be assessed in real conditions where they must demonstrate safe and effective leadership while managing different craft and group dynamics.
The assessment evaluates your technical paddling ability along with your decision making and risk management skills. With guidance from experienced instructors you will receive valuable feedback to help you meet the required standard and confidently lead paddlesport activities.
