Excellent experience. Salesman was helpful and well informed about vehicle. Paperwork was completed relatively quickly. After I got home, I realized that there was not a vehicle owners manual in the vehicle. Called the salesman for it and was told that he would look around for it was told that meanwhile that I could access the manual from the vehicle information center. Explained that being old school, I liked to read and refer to manual. One showed up the next day via express delivery. Great service response!

Jim Ellis Buick GMC Atlanta is a nice and busy location, especially during the daytime. The parking lot usually stays full with a wide selection of vehicles available for sale, which is great if you want options. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They also have a nice waiting area with a small kids’ play space, which is very helpful for families. Fresh coffee and water are available for customers, making the overall experience comfortable while you wait. Overall, a well-run dealership with good amenities and helpful staff.
