Never ever again will I buy from Toyota, and I would think twice about buying a Toyota full stop Sold a car and then told seven months later it devalued over 4K (then told by Dundalk Toyota maybe it was over priced) Given a warranty that’s meant to solve all issues, reverse camera fogs up, told would be covered, then wouldn’t be covered, the price went from 300 euros too over 1k Overall, the attitude from every staff member stinks or they haven’t a clue how to do their job (simple stuff like answer emails or call people back), walking past customers for over an hour or serving people who came in after them Leave a two-star review and then they can call you to shout and abuse you and call you a liar (Dara Cavan) Bernie in the “customer care” seems to be following Dermot in Ashbourne, very busy/not in/will ring you back, false promises (over a week and still no call back from Liffey Valley branch) Told by service department in Denis Mahony (when they answer you) they don’t do the “plus warranty” so they can’t honour it Cars on display to be sold/viewings, a razor blade beside the boot hinge, tools missing, scratches or marks, tow bar cap missing, bird droppings Tell a garage in Drogheda you are coming from Dublin too look at a car and they have people out test driving it that day trying to sell it Car hand over rushed as they don’t like to do handovers on Saturday (more there where sales to be had), but refused to have the car I bought the previous Saturday ready by the Wednesday so their own fault not mine

Brand new 2022 vehicle came with factory build quality issues clearly visible all over, Toyota Ireland refused to replace the vehicle with excuse that delivery would take 5 months at the time and assured that no future consequential issues to happen. In less than a year from new rust formed in between the chassis and boot hinges, the hinges are bolted to the chassis and they need to be replaced, electronic parking assist randomly unavailable, front and rear sensors intermittently not functioning, vehicle sometimes doesn't start with random errors on the screen, battery replaced and most of smart services stopped working after applying a software update during the first service visit, Toyota Ireland representative considers multimedia related issues as not important. The rust issue is reported by other owners on toyota owners club december 2021 touring sports tail gate hinge plate corrosion. The customer service take weeks or months to respond and some times don't respond at all, they don't take any corrective actions to address genuine customer concerns. Toyota vehicles recently delivered to the Irish market aren't subject to decent quality control. Buying a new Toyota in Ireland doesn't guarantee peace of mind as owner may end up getting one of the poorly built vehicles and waste significant time with phone calls and endless visits to the dealer for warranty repairs, paying the full price of a new car is meant to save time and avoid hustle for several years.

Repairs done at M50 Toyota after my wife nearly NEW CHR...Roof Leaking..each time they had it 14 days approx....got it back last week to find rattles in the boot...Very bad customer service...Standard very poor....who signed off this car ...? 192-D-1156...WOULD YOU BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE..WOULD YOU BUY A TOYOTA...??
