I recently made a second purchase of a car from Windsor Liffey Valley Opel. I’m absolutely delighted with it. The car I chose was parked in the exact same space as my last one, so it must have been destiny!!! My previous experience with Windsor for the last car was all good and this time around was the same. I had an excellent experience with Jack during my visits and test drive. Overall, the service he provided was very informative, professional, genuine, reassuring, and there were no pushy sales pitches…. which I really appreciated. As I was changing size of car I was juggling a lot of decisions. Jack really tried to understand what was important to me and helped in making the right decision for me. He was also prompt in responding to all my queries. I would definitely recommend Windsor Liffey Valley, for their excellent customer service, including the after sales service, and not forgetting the extra gift of a going home present! 😉

I was fortunate enough to purchase a nearly brand new opel corsa here back in August. My sales person was Mark, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Mark showed me everything, explained everything to a detail. Minor scratches were fixed (however 1 was missed) but I presume it will be be fixed soon - it's so small it can barely be seen. The overall experience buying and getting the car financed took less than 3 days. I am very happy with my choice so far. Car drives like a dream. Today I brought the car back for a 1K visual check up, and mentioned the three little thing I noticed, the driver side mirror had some sort of hardened wax, the panel was a bit sticking out at the right hand side;and the small scratches on the bumper).Michelle looked after me and she was very welcoming and helpful, she also arranged my car to be cleaned as I admit I am not great at washing my car. Eternally grateful for that guys! Anyway, the mirror outside was polished, and the panel at the dashboard was fixed. Hopefully the scratches will be fixed too on the bumper. It's barely visible and I unfortunately didn't notice it when I purchased it. I definitely did not reverse into anything as this car makes so much noise even if a fly goes nearby it alerts for danger! I'd definitely remeber something like this happening.🤣 To sum it up,even with this small, nuanced issue; I am extremely happy to be a customer of Liffey Valley Opel. I tried to buy a car prior to this in Frank Keane VW.... and they did not bother to call me back, eventhough I submitted everything I could to purchase and finance a car. They lost a paying customer. All the better for Opel!👏
