Total garbage! We made reservations for two people, showed up at the specified date, time, and location 20 minutes early and waited 15 more minutes past the 10AM departure time and the guide never showed up. We called the number on the reservation and the call was ignored. We left a WhatsApp message which was promptly read, but also ignored, followed up by many more messages that day, which were not only read and ignored, but later BLOCKED! This whole process was a total waste of time, so please book your tour through a reputable company and not this one!!
I was looking for an walking guide to know the history of Guadalajara. Because there where no other participants I got an private tour. From the beginning Tlane asked me what my interest are and take things serious. The food was delicious and a good start of a tour. The tour was amazing because of all the knowledge she and she was even ready to tell all the detail. The match between history, religion and Tlane was amazing to see! I chose this agency for my acquaintance with the center of Guadalajara. I bought a tour through Booking. They contacted me via messenger for greeting and general information on the day of payment for the tour. The day before the tour, the guide contacted me in the same chat and shared a link to the location for the meeting. At the meeting, I was offered 2 options: English or Spanish. The guide is a very open, positive girl. She has a great sense of humor and loves her city very much. The tour took about 3 hours. Do not forget sunscreen, a hat, or an umbrella.
