Fantastic class. Joe is a brilliant teacher and eager to share his huge wealth of knowledge. The class is fascinating and fun. Julie prepares a delicious lunch and has loads of info about Cloghjordan. We really enjoyed the day and once we’ve spent some time baking sourdough would love to return for an advanced class. I’d recommend this to anyone who enjoys good bread and/or something different away from the city.

I had a great day recently at the sourdough level 1 class. Joe & Julie have the day down to a fine art and everything runs so smoothly. The class itself is so informative and very hands on in a relaxed environment. Julie provides a beautiful lunch with the majority of it sourced from the eco village which is a beautiful setting for the day. At the end of the day we had 4 beautiful loaves home with us and the knowledge on how to recreate them at home, time and time again. I already purchase my flour from Riot Rye and can not fault the quality or service provided. Looking forward to revisiting for level 2!
