This trail is not to difficult (some places can become a little slippery when wet) and leads through the Forrest. There is very little to see until the overview which is absolutely spectacular. Worth the hike. Low clearance car would not have been able to get to the trailhead. Also after rains or snow there is a section that will not be drinkable with normal 4x4 cars like Rav4 or so. The hike is not very busy.
Easy uninspiring hike to the overlook. The overlook was great though. Very nice view of Zion valley from above. Not busy today, but parking would be tight. I think there is a shuttle you can pay for if you don't have 4x4 w clearance or can't fund a spot. Could try with a car but might loose a muffler or get stuck.
I nice nature walk to Observation Point, a climb back! The 700+ ft elevation gain was a little tough coupled with the high altitude. Worth it, but go early-ish so you're not hurried on the way out. In the winter the shuttle from Zion Ponderosa Ranch is $7.50 round trip. Don't chance getting stuck in the mud!
