We had a bad winter storm and with two very little kids (2 and 5) I felt like we could not go out. Therefore I asked for a cacellation only 5 hours before our scheduled start. I was the first to ever do the White Pocket adventure with East Zion Adventures. And they gave me royal treatment. They taught me so much about the plants, the organisms that live in the waters at White Pocket, the Moki balls and how they are formed. They shared the little cave that had artifacts left from long ago and they also taught me the landscape. This team is fantastic and they are experienced in the area. If was a full day of learning and most importantly, I made friends with them. They also shared the amazing shop along the way with the gourmet cookies at the lake. I enjoyed them so much I booked the Crimson Slot tour with Mark. He is exceptional and helped a grandma get through the slot and climb over the rocks. She was unscathed by his excellent guidance. My tour was in June 2025 and I would go back to them in a heartbeat. They are knowledgeable and take you beyond the tour itself.

This was hands-down the best horse trail tour I’ve ever experienced. From the very start, the team went above and beyond by accommodating an extra rider for our group (my daughter) when I called the day prior to ask, which immediately set the tone for how thoughtful and professional the entire operation is. They did an incredible job selecting the perfect horses for each person in our group and made sure everyone — especially those who were inexperienced — felt completely comfortable and confident before heading out. The instructions were clear, patient, and continuous throughout the ride, which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free for all of us. Our guide, Jacob, was absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does, he made the entire tour both fun and memorable. You can tell he truly cares about the riders, the horses, and the overall experience. The canyon slot portion of the tour was breathtaking — such a beautiful and unexpected touch before heading back. It truly elevated the whole adventure and made it feel extra special. If you’re looking for a top-tier horseback tour with incredible scenery, outstanding guides, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests, this is it. I cannot recommend them enough. We will absolutely be back for an overnight ride!

We had an amazing mountain horseback riding experience with our family and enjoyed every bit of it. My 10yr old daughter had a great time. Everything was well organized, the views were beautiful, and it was truly the best experience we’ve had here in Utah. We will definitely do it again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Such an amazing experience. I want to come back asap and it’s nice that they do rides so late in the year. Our guide was so knowledgeable, friendly, and super supportive. I felt safe and encouraged while riding! The horses are all super well taken care of and have great personalities. I highly recommend!

The tour was absolutely wonderful. It was just me and the tour guide. He took me to two spots. That were absolutely beautiful. He even gave me some pointers on how to take panoramic pictures with my iPhone. They turned out perfect! Would definitely recommend this tour and East Zion adventures. 10 out of 10.

I loved this adventure! So much fun to travel in an UTV to the slot canyon! The canyon was stunning, very camera worthy pictures! Our Guide, Lonny, was an encyclopedia of knowledge about the Utah area, the canyon and wildlife. Lonny is very kind, caring about the comfort of his guests!

This tour was a wonderful way to view the areas surrounding the 2 slot canyons and the slot canyons themselves. The UTV ride was really fun and my guide was absolutely awesome! The groups on the tours are small so you really get a good up close look in the canyons and learn about how they were made and how they continually change. This is an opportunity for some great pictures. I’m so glad I did this tour and McCoy was an absolute delight!
