Really upsetting experience, having bought it for my partner for their birthday, the first booked date was cancelled and it was difficult to hear back from Alex to rebook, was relieved when he sent a date (today 27th sept) we showed up, prepared at the meeting time and no one was there, he did not answer the phone and eventually text back to say the season is over, we should have got a text or email. We certainly got neither. A suggestion to extend the voucher until next year was given in the text however I have not heard back since and calls are unanswered and messages not delivered.

I got as a birthday gift a voucher from GROUPON, so far It’s been over 3 attempts of booking, very hard to hear it back I finally got it booked and they cancelled due to weather conditions but it’s a lie sunniest day (rare day in Ireland) change it very hardly to another day, asked for day-off to finally make it happen, and they cancelled again now for LACK OF PEOPLE? Like they only came up with excuses so my voucher get expired and I won’t be able to redeem it! Total Scheme! Don’t buy from them, DON’T use GROUPON either!

Disgraceful advertising by this company along the Grand Canal. The area is already destroyed by the fencing, we don't need advertising on top of it. I counted 13 advertisements between two bridges. The advertising was on bridges, on fencing and on the walls of the canal.

The views were amazing. Nice sunny day too. I saw 2 seals right in front of my eyes. I only see them on picture before and lazy to go to the zoo or aquarium. And seeing them face to face with the natures are the Most Amazing Experience I ever had in Ireland so far. Would go again if going to the same place in Howth Lighthouse. ❤️❤️🌹. We did rest and take pictures... Really looking forward to the next trip. 🌻🌞🚣
