Dive one of the world’s most beautiful World Heritage listed islands with a wide variety of sites to explore. With hundreds of dive locations available, each dive can offer a unique experience, and divers rarely repeat the same site unless requested. Morning dives consist of two tank dives daily, allowing for deeper and longer exploration, while afternoon dives are single tank dives that focus on shallower locations such as the lagoon and other nearby sites. Dive Lord Howe encourages divers to suggest sites of particular interest, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience each time you dive.
Dive site selection is dependent on daily conditions, and if diving from a vessel is not possible, arrangements may be made for shore dives when feasible. Standard dive packages include all local dive sites except Balls Pyramid, which requires an additional fee and relevant certification for deep or advanced diving. Divers who have pre-booked packages are given priority for trips to premium locations. Once on the island, upgrades can be arranged to include Balls Pyramid dives if conditions allow and divers meet the experience requirements. This approach provides flexibility, safety, and an exceptional way to experience the diversity of Lord Howe Island’s underwater environment.

I had a great experience diving while I was doing my Advanced OWD course. The instructor Daryl is awesome, patient, funny, good person and skilled diver. It was also a pleasure to meet Sean, who assisted me with my gear and drove me to our diving spot. Will keep diving with them while I live in Dublin.

I started diving with Daryl and Triton diving around October last year not knowing what to expect having always wanted to try diving. Since then I have never looked back it's been the some of the best few months of my life. I have already completed my Open water, Advanced Open Water and Nitrox speciality so far.. I have logged over 40 dives with Triton diving having dived all over Ireland and just returned from a 10 day dive trip in Egypt with the lads! This has been great life changing experience. Daryl has been been very accomodating, generous and patient in this time and has a relaxed and enjoyable style of teaching that made learning new skills easy and fun! Thanks to Daryl and Paul for their friendship, encouragement and guidance aswell as genuine interest to see me do well and progress as a diver. Also thanks to my dive buddy's Jason and Tony.
