The first dive focuses on revisiting essential scuba skills, allowing divers to practice core techniques under supervision. The second dive is designed as a relaxed fun dive, with added buoyancy practice to reinforce control and comfort underwater in real conditions.
For additional preparation, participants may also complete the optional PADI ReActivate e-learning module, accessible via phone, tablet, or computer. The course covers dive planning, safety procedures, problem management, breathing at depth, and use of recreational dive tables, making it suitable for returning divers, certification upgrades, or those transitioning into the PADI system.
