Across these sessions, divers revisit and practise essential Open Water skills under the supervision of experienced instructors.
The program also allows participants to integrate into an active Open Water course group, providing a supportive learning environment and helping divers smoothly transition back into regular training or diving activities. This structure ensures both skill reinforcement and real-world application in varied conditions.
Key safety concepts are reviewed throughout, including dive planning, safe diving practices, problem management, breathing at depth, and use of dive tables. In-water sessions include a Confined Water Skills Preview, allowing divers to re-familiarise themselves with each technique before performing them in controlled conditions, making the program suitable for returning divers, referral students, and those transitioning into the PADI system.
