Full-time Divemasters in Australia earn a starting salary of around $52,000 per year, with casual positions paying a minimum of $31 per hour, along with additional benefits like flex-time and leave loading. The certification also opens pathways to become a PADI Instructor, while Junior Divemaster programs allow motivated younger divers to start gaining experience from the age of 15.
