Pasta and tomato sauce are more than just a meal they are an iconic symbol of Italian culture and tradition, beloved both in Italy and around the world. If you're in Florence and eager to learn the art of preparing fresh pasta, we invite you to join us at our esteemed cooking school, a staple in the culinary scene since 1995. Our experienced chef will personally guide you through the process in our modern, fully equipped workshop, where you’ll have access to all the necessary tools and premium ingredients to craft authentic Italian pasta from scratch.
The class will begin with the story of how pasta became a timeless staple in Italian homes. In the past, Italian mothers would rise early on Sunday mornings to prepare fresh egg pasta by hand a ritual that helped fuel the family for the day ahead. Under our chef’s expert guidance, you’ll learn to make the perfect tagliatella, complemented by a deliciously fragrant tomato sauce and fresh, biodynamic herbs, showcasing the essence of traditional Italian cooking.
But no Italian meal is complete without dessert! As part of the experience, our chef will teach you how to create a classic tiramisù an irresistible, layered dessert made with the finest ingredients. Soft, creamy, and rich in flavor, this dessert will not only satisfy your sweet tooth but also give you a deeper appreciation of Italy’s culinary legacy.
By the end of the class, you’ll leave not just with recipes in hand, but with a newfound understanding of Italy’s passion for food, as well as the skills to recreate these traditional dishes at home.

Had a team cooking event for my remote working team On October 30th here. It was the first time many of us were meeting each other in person, and this class really brought us together. Everyone was smiling and laughing the whole time, the host was warm, welcoming, and hilarious as well as he brought us through all the steps as a group. The food was delicious, and they included a photographer as well so we could hold on to the memories. Highly recommended!

I recently attended a cooking class for a staff day out and had an amazing time. The team catered for 40+ people with ease and everyone was super friendly. The host was very entertaining which made the day even better. We created 4 different recipes and sat down together at the end to enjoy it. Would highly recommend this class!

Me and my team had an exceptional night yesterday at Pinocchio, the food was incredible and the staff members were lovely, really good idea for team buildings... Can't wait to come back! Grazie mile!

We had a wonderful fun Sunday afternoon in the Cookery School in January. The weather was awful, but the welcome was very warm and friendly. We arranged a cookery class as our Christmas outing. We were a mixed bunch, with varying cookery experience, but Guiseppe made it fun for all of us. He made sure that we were all included, and was fantastic at making sure that each of us was enjoying the experience. The other staff were very accommodating and made for great hosts. After the tutorial, we all sat down together and were served the dishes that we had prepared. It was a great team bonding experience. He followed up with the recipes, so that we could impress our families with our newly found skills! I would highly recommend this as a day out for groups- family, co-workers, friends.

We visited on November 19th, 2024, and booked the 3-course menu we were 8 people. Most of us from Microsoft had little to no cooking experience, but we had an incredible time. Everyone was amazing, and the chef was fantastic—laughing and guiding us through the entire process while making sure we felt like we were doing it ourselves. The food turned out amazing, and knowing we made it was a huge plus. It was well worth the money, and we would do it again anytime. This was the best morale event we’ve had so far.
