Participants learn how to prepare base mixtures, churn them to achieve the right texture, and store finished desserts properly to maintain quality. The session also explores classic flavors such as vanilla and chocolate, along with a refreshing seasonal sorbet, giving attendees a well-rounded introduction to frozen dessert making.

In addition to ice cream and sorbet, guests are shown how to prepare rich chocolate and caramel sauces, as well as homemade waffle cones. These additions bring a creative element to the experience while reinforcing fundamental culinary skills in a collaborative kitchen environment.

Guests are encouraged to provide advance notice for booking changes and may send a substitute if unable to attend. All ingredients and equipment are provided, with safety guidelines including closed-toe shoes and age requirements. The class is BYOB with light refreshments offered, and participants may take their creations home if they prefer not to dine on site.
