"Whiskers, Hooves & Paws" - Farm Immersion Experience

Enjoy a lively and educational two hour experience with Mama Bear's favourite Farm Tour at Jireh Hills Family Homestead. This hands-on adventure is perfect for little farmers with short attention spans or anyone looking to find their farm animal soulmate. Guests of all ages can meet a variety of friendly farm critters including goats, alpacas, pigs, and ponies while learning about daily farm life and animal care. A portion of each booking supports a local children’s summer camp program promoting educational opportunities.

The tour begins with goat recess in the pasture where visitors meet some of the most colourful and playful goats in the region. Guests then visit the alpaca girls, feeding treats for a chance to win over their trust. Next, participants encounter Blossom, the milking jersey cow, and may even experience a wet cow lick after offering her an apple treat. Visitors continue to the kunekune pigs and piglets for feeding, petting, and belly rubs, and then toss treats to billy goats, alpaca boys, and wandering pigs to see who is fastest. The tour concludes with a visit to the pony pen and the oldest lady on the farm. Customizations are available for families with small children, guests with special needs, and elderly visitors.
