Unless you’re a celebrity or an influencer, please forget about ever receiving your order. They’ll happily take your money and send you a supposed order tracking number a that’s the last you’ll hear from them. Perhaps it’s better if you consider it a donation for them to buy new players because if you think you’re purchasing merchandise you’ll be very wrong

Edited: It’s November now… my order still not received 🫥 I ordered my kit on the 27 July 2025 till date 14 September 2025, I have not received any form of response to come and collect my order because on the website it is said that orders will take 5 -7 working days. I am so sad and disappointed by this kind of services. Calls are not going through and E-mails not been responded. I wish I could have read reviews before ordering online on the OP website. Going to physical retail stores would have been the best option. Anyone thinking of ordering online on OP Website, DON'T! Go to the physical retail stores and save yourself from stress and disappointment. Very disappointed.

I wish I read the reviews before I bought 😭😭 Terrible service. You buy, receive the order confirmation and after that you’ll never hear from them. No delivery, not responding to emails, not taking calls, no communication and you can’t even track your order 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

Non-existent customer service. They don't respond to emails, their phone doesn't even ring. Ordered on the 22nd of July and till this day the order still says "Processing". There are people not doing their jobs at this store and it's a big disappointment.

Terrible Service! My order has been stuck in processing for over two weeks with absolutely no updates. The phone line never works, and no one responds to emails. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from here — the lack of communication and accountability is shocking. Bathong!
