Full Day Visit

Spend a full day experiencing life as a true rancher in the Texas Hill Country at a historic dude ranch in Bandera, Texas. Your day begins at ten am with a scenic horseback trail ride through rolling hills and open pastures. Enjoy lunch made from fresh ingredients grown on the ranch and then spend the afternoon with a variety of activities including a second trail ride, lessons in lasso throwing, swimming in indoor or outdoor pools, relaxing in the hot tub, or hiking along scenic trails. Visitors also get to help feed the famous Texas longhorn cattle and take a fun hay wagon ride across the ranch grounds. The day concludes with a campfire where guests can roast marshmallows and enjoy cowboy stories. The ranch offers a safe and memorable adventure for guests aged six and older.

The experience is designed to be flexible, allowing guests to stay as long as they wish. Evening activities such as the campfire start around nine pm in summer and six thirty pm in winter depending on sunset. Meals are homemade using fresh and healthy ingredients, with desserts made from scratch. Guests are encouraged to wear appropriate clothing for horseback riding, including closed-toed shoes and optional long sleeves or pants. The ranch combines outdoor adventure, Western entertainment, and hands-on ranch life for a unique and educational experience.
