By your third day with Salty Wave Surf School, you’ll feel more confident on the board and begin standing up more consistently. This session focuses on helping you gain greater control, refine your technique, and explore new skills at your own pace while respecting the ocean conditions. Our experienced instructors continue to provide personalized guidance in small groups, ensuring you progress safely and enjoyably. Surfing remains physically demanding, so it’s important to follow all instructions, and start times may vary depending on tides and wave conditions to ensure the best and safest experience for everyone.

Pick-up is arranged between 8:00 and 8:30 AM from meeting points in Lagos, Praia da Luz, or Burgau, usually choosing the location closest to your accommodation. If you are outside these areas, you can meet at one of the designated points where you can park and join the lesson, or alternatively, meet directly at the beach if preferred. The exact pick-up or meeting location will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email the evening before your lesson, making it easy and convenient to join the session. Day three offers an exciting opportunity to improve your skills, enjoy the Algarve’s stunning waters, and build lasting memories on the waves.
