Try Scuba Diving (TSD) is perfect for anyone who has never dived before or for those who want to experience diving without a certification. This activity offers a unique opportunity to explore the underwater world and discover marine life in a safe and controlled environment. The program begins with a brief pool session, where our instructors teach basic diving concepts and guide participants through simple exercises to prepare them for the sea. This introductory lesson ensures that everyone feels comfortable and confident before entering open water.
After the pool session, participants will enjoy a guided dive in the sea at shallow depths, in a sheltered bay near Ponta da Piedade. The entire experience is fully assisted by professional diving instructors, ensuring safety and personalized attention throughout. The activity is suitable for beginners and young adventurers, with a minimum age requirement of 10 years. This program provides an exciting and safe way to experience the thrill of scuba diving for the first time.

Glyn was great! He fit my kids(16 and 13)in for an PADI open water certification in the three weeks we were there on holiday from the States. I got my PADI refresher done also. Super patient with the young ones and cares deeply about the sport of scuba. If you’re at all curious about scuba in NI I highly recommend you reach out to Glyn. Had an incredible time doing open water diving. Glyn was a great instructor, very clear and easy to follow instructions made learning go smoothly, which made the dives more enjoyable. I massively underestimated how amazing diving is over here and how magical it felt being under the water, seeing all the aquatic animals and swimming through the shipwreck. With the skills I’ve learnt, I massively look forward to do dives all over the world

Glyn and his team took my daughter and 3 friends out for 2 dives near Rathlin Island. He spent time getting to know them and checking their experience.
