My husband and I did the Taste of Jamaica Cooking Class and Estate Tour and had a blast. We booked directly through their site, and their customer service was very attentive when I needed them. I needed to change our tour date due to the recent hurricane, and they swapped us to a new date, no problem! Island Routes seems to be more of a facilitator as our actual tour was operated through Yaaman Adventure Park. The bus to pick us up from the hotel arrived right on time, and it was a short drive to the base of operations. Once we arrived, we checked in and browsed around the shop. While waiting for our tour to begin, we were taken to the aviary to take some photos and see the birds (the price was $40 for all our photos - about 30 of them, which I was happy to pay!). We hopped on the Jamaican Limousine, as they called it, and were off on our tour. Our driver (I believe his name was Donavan?) was funny and very knowledgeable. He had been working at the site for a long time and shared some great information with us. Once we arrived at the main house and had a short tour, we were ready to cook. The view is beautiful and unbeatable! Everything was prepped for us, and after a short wait, we began cooking. We seasoned the chicken with as much (or as little) jerk rub as we wanted, then threw it on the grill. We added all the veggies to the Callaloo, formed our festival, and dropped it into the hot oil. Once the Callaloo was finished, we worked on making a delicious coconut cream sauce. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and the lunch was delicious.

Great experiences for both of our tours we booked in Curaçao! We booked the sunset cruise and the open air bus city tour. Highly recommend both tours!

I visited Sandals Negril as part of a destination wedding party. Our party opted to book the Island Routes Negril Highlights Catamaran Cruise, a four-hour excursion along the beautiful Negril coastline of Jamaica. Island Routes is a Sandals-approved vendor offering a curated selection of off-the-beaten-path experiences across nine Caribbean islands. We set sail aboard a luxurious 65-foot catamaran, offering stunning views of the world-famous Seven Mile Beach and the historic cliffs, including the Negril Lighthouse. While on the catamaran, we enjoyed an open bar and live DJ to keep the atmosphere lively with island beats. The cruise included stops at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville for lunch and fun in the sun and water and Rick's Café, a legendary location for cliff jumping and spectacular views, drinks, and vibes. I highly recommend the experience, as the crew was friendly and engaging, the music was lively, and the overall atmosphere was fun. Additionally, during our disembarkation to Rick's Cafe, the crew acted quickly and effectively to assist with an emergency that required a medical evacuation. Their ability to meet the needs of the ill passenger while ensuring clear communication with the rest of the guests really spoke to the professionalism, training, and dedication of the Island Routes staff in prioritizing guest safety even during unexpected situations.

From start to finish, I could not have asked for a better experience for me and my family. The crew was extremely personable and knowledgeable of their area. Not only did we see the Pitons, We also got the snorkel and some amazing water. This is by far the best investment of my trip. The crew was extremely courteous and had everything you could’ve wanted. I cannot remember everybody’s name But. M was our host/guide and Aaron makes the best drinks and snacks on the water. You will not be disappointed!

We booked the Catamaran Party and the Rose Hall haunted tour. The Catamaran was so much fun. The Snorkeling was surreal the problem was the Rose Hall tour. They canceled it because not enough people booked the tour. I am currently waiting on a refund for that tour. Edit: Got my refund in a timely manner. Would book with them again.
