In the game Castle Escape Free the Witch, players embark on an exciting adventure across Castle Hill, following clues tied to mysterious and unusual occurrences. Using special equipment, teams work together to solve puzzles and challenges with a mix of luck, knowledge, and skill. The ultimate goal is to fulfill the final wish of Anica, the last witch of Ljubljana, who met her fate on the pyre, and to release her restless spirit. This immersive experience combines history, storytelling, and interactive problem-solving, offering a thrilling way to explore one of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

The game is designed for teams of two to four players and begins and ends at the Info Center of Ljubljana Castle. At the start, participants receive a bag of tools and a medallion to assist them throughout the 90-minute adventure. Moving between various locations on Castle Hill, players search for clues and solve engaging puzzles, all while navigating the historic setting and uncovering hidden stories of the castle. The experience is available in Slovenian, English, German, and Italian, making it accessible to a wide range of participants.
