My family (including 2 kids aged 13 and 10) all loved this pasta making experience. It took place outdoors in a beautiful courtyard setting and our host was very welcoming. Instructions in English were great and the hosts struck a good balance of showing you what to do but then leaving you to get on with things. Lunch was delicious and in addition to our own pasta included some lovely appetisers, wine and a small dessert. Would highly revommmend.

This was a highlight of my trip to Puglia! I learned much about pasta making and had lots of laughs with the guides and my fellow pasta-makers from around the world. Only 7 of us today so it was intimate and we got lots of instruction which was helpful. The lunch afterwards was delicious and included much more than just the pasta we made!

Absolutely fabulous pasta making class! We weren’t very good making the pasta but they were so patient and we had great fun trying. Food, wine and hospitality was out of this world. The masseria was very beautifully curated and a pleasure to spend time in. Thank you for a great evening.

I would highly recommend this cooking class because it gives you access to the ancient traditions of the region Puglia while being surrounded by breathtaking scenery. To me it was such and incredible experience, I was fascinated by the variety of techniques used to shape different types of pasta and I truly felt like going back in time. Daniela is very kind and sweet and she transmitted me her passion for cooking through her positive energy. This is definitely an experience worth trying!!!

I absolutely loved cooking with Daniela and spending time with my hands in the dough fiddling with those little Puglian pastas named Orecchiette. It was fun and interesting, and I'm amazed by Daniela's impressive expertise in culinary traditions and her dedication to sourcing the finest local ingredients for her flavorful dishes.
