We saw NZ birds, a seal colony with baby seals (they were learning to swim in the rock pools), sea lions up close and my daughter spotted the yellow-eyed penguin coming in to feed her chick. Kind of funny how there was a sheep sitting in the penguin’s path - a bit of a stand off! Only in NZ! The guide was patient and informative, and you could get close to the seals and sea lions. Our guide Ben was patient and informative and gave us extra time to make sure we saw the penguin. The whole family loved it!
Quinn was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was awesome. My first experience with wild life tours and am not a wild life person🥴 On time pick up. Mini bus was comfortable, clean and equipped with binoculars to aide with spotting wild life. From a plethora of birds, seals to penguins in their natural habitat. We were offered a yummy treat at the end of tour with the option of gluten free as well, very accommodating. Water was also available onboard for whoever needed it. Happy tourist here. Would definitely recommend. A+++++
One of the highlights of our four weeks in NZ. Kelly is genuinely the best guide we've had during our trip. So much knowledge and truely passionate about her job. It was a delight listening to her, we've learnt a lot. Saw loads of fur seals, sea lions, birds and even a rare pinguin chick. Tour was very well organised from start to finish. Would recommend!
