Overall an excellent experience top to bottom. Our tour guide, Dominic, was incredibly engaging, knowledgeable and friendly - he really made the experience unique and special. We got to try a really nice variety of dishes, sometimes from shops I would have otherwise walked right by. Learned a ton about the food, history of the Shinsekai area, and Japan in general. Would absolutely do this again, or one of their other tours

It’s an eye-opening and informative experience that takes you beyond the usual tourist spots, revealing hidden aspects of Osaka's culture and history. Hugo, our guide, was fantastic—explaining everything in detail and patiently answering all our questions. The food was amazing, and we highly recommend including the dinner option. It’s a perfect way to wind down and chat more with the guide. At the end, Hugo shared some of his favorite recommendations—definitely take him up on those! A must-do in Osaka!

If you’re ever in Osaka make sure you take at least 1 of their tours. We took 2 and both were wonderful. We had a private tour during the day with Taka, who was a very nice guide and person. He adjusted the tour to our interests. Especially since we had our 15y old son with us this was very important to us. He made the tour a memorable experience for our family. And he took many nice photos of us. In the evening we joined a group for the backstreet tour and while completely different this was also more than worthwhile. Our guide Rat showed us a very different side of the city. Exactly what we were looking for. These tours won’t bore you for a minute. Don’t hesitate to make a reservation, you will love it!
