Es war einfach ein Traum.Es hat alles super geklappt!Man braucht keine Angst zu haben solch einen Ausflug zu buchen.Es ist alles perfekt organisiert.Auch der Fahrer war unglaublich.Er hat uns alle Tiere gezeigt.Er hat alles daran gesetzt,dass wir glücklich sind.Auch die Verpflegung schmeckt gut.Einfach nur zu empfehlen!!!

Our tour guide was amazing! The accommodations were very nice & clean. The food was delicious. The whole experience was a dream. The time for our departure flight was not properly communicated with myself or our driver. We found out the morning of which cut into our second day game drive. Didn’t actually have tickets but was able to get on the next flight out. Got delayed for approximately 3 hours in Arusha which caused use to arrive back to Zanzibar much later than planned cutting into our vacation. However, communication during our delay was amazing & there was no hesitation to compensate our inconvenience. We were met at the airport by 2 employees & they personally apologized as well as discussed compensation amount. They were very kind and professional. Very thoughtful to come in person to assure the customer is safe & happy. Well done you guys!

Die Safari mit den Transporten vom und zum Hotel in Sansibar hat gut funktioniert. Was hier jedoch wünschenswert wäre, ist eine Flugbestätigung, Flugticket oder sonstiges, da man sonst mit leeren Händen vor dem Schalter steht und sich durchfragen muss. Die Safari war SUPER!!!! Vielen Dank an Edward Kagaruki. Er war ein super Guide mit viel Erfahrung und Wissen. Wir haben super viele Tiere gesehen - auch Leoparden, Geparden und viele Löwen. Die Unterkunft in den Ikoma Lodges war ein tolles Erlebnis - ein großes Zelthaus mit WC und Dusche und eine tolle Terrasse mit Blick in die Serengeti. Das Essen und das Personal dort (danke Samira) waren super toll. Vielen Dank für dieses unvergessliche Abenteuer
