I’d give less than 1 star if I could. Don't use this company they have no after sales service at all. My daughter and I used them to book a once in a lifetime safari to Tanzania -5 nights and 5 nights in Zanzibar. Very hard pressure to book or loose flights etc in July once money paid all communication fell off a cliff . Once full payment paid in October communication no better we were asking for reassurance that everything was ok on schedule as we fly on 23 December . They sent a link to an app with the itinerary and we noticed one internal flight was cancelled so emailed which went ignored for a week so started calling. This is supposed to be a luxury service but is very far from that. They didn’t double check anything and had us really worried about luggage allowance and how we would know we are definitely booked . Never got any vouchers for hotels, safari company or guide no names or times of who would meet us at the airport. We had to complain about room at second lodge to get the room type we expected . Email sent while we were away to the 2 sales people Darragh and Aisling resulted in out of office till 5 Jan with no name/ email of anyone covering. Total crap no business would allow staff to be off with no cover at all . Their app has wrong dates on the itinerary so completely useless - operations team seem just as crap as their sales team as no one ensuring information is correct or updated. Feel we paid very inflated price for a luxury service we never got. Seriously save yourself stress and worry and book yourself or with any other agent except this company . We made it clear this is a very special trip as over the Christmas first year anniversary of my husband death on Christmas Day 2024 and all needs to be smooth stress free - they didn’t go extra inch no mind mile , even do min expected basic service .

This is my second time using OROKO travelling to Thailand. I have to say I couldn’t recommend them enough. Everything always goes so smoothly, between private transfers and tours arranged there is never any trouble. We did not have to worry about anything, as everything is organised and so efficient. If you are looking for a holiday of pure bliss and no stress please use Oroko. I had Delwyn organise my holiday and he is absolutely lovely. I would highly recommend using them for a first time visit to Thailand, as it can be a culture shock it’s nice to have no stress involved.
