Your journey begins with a pick-up from your accommodation and a flight from Zanzibar to Seronera Airstrip in the heart of Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National park as been named as a best National park in Africa by the World travel awards 2025. It is also a home of Cats and that's a place you can enjoy exploring the annual wildebeest migration.

An amazing experience that one should experience at least once in a lifetime! Having visited the place in July 2024, I encouraged my daughter to join me when I visited again this year. She loved the experience and had a chance to see plenty of animals and their young ones in the wild. At night when camping in tents under the stars we heard the lions roaring and it felt like they were not too far from the camp. At breakfast time the cook mentioned that the lions were across the river, around 300 metres away. There was a large herd of wild buffalo within 30 metres from the tents when we woke up in the morning. In the evening a few zebras went traipsing between the tents in the camp and late in the night, a solitary elephant wandered into the camp and tore off a low hanging branch of a tree! At night the stars were dazzlingly brilliant and stood out beautifully against the pitch black night sky. Stayed in Serengeti for 2 nights — an absolutely wild and raw experience! We saw hippo skulls, traces of a lion hunt, and even found the lions later. The game reserve feels completely untouched. Make sure to carry your own snacks, beers, and water. The people are very sweet and welcoming. Would definitely love to visit again! 🦁🌿

A wow experience that you should definitely not miss. Expect to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, lions, hyenas, cheetahs and more. Site has several picnic areas to have lunch and use the bathroom. Bathrooms aren't super clean but better than nothing.

Best National park in Tanzania. About 10 times the size of Masai Mara National Park. So much too see. Who’s I had more time here.was able to see the big fives here plus much more. Very dusty during the dry season. Bring a mask if you wish.
