Adson , my game driver was excellent ! He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, he was trying to find as many animals as possible. Thank you Adson with all my heart. I was picked up @10:30am and in the gas station we found out there was no gas to fill the jeep. Midday I started reaching out to provider ( should have been the other way around) asking to book later flight on Friday as I was loosing the whole day in the gas station just sitting. Nobody responded or updated me on the situation. We started driving @6pm to lodge and that was it . Provider had poor communication, no apology, did not make any effort to rebook my flight to compensate for my lost day . I paid $3000 for 3 days however so called 3 rd day was just morning transport to airport no game. Why they advertise 3 days if only activity on 3 day is early flight. Misleading, false advertising. They refunded $500. So I flew 26hr for 1 day of Safari and payed for 1 day $2500?? Outrageous! Disappointed! No respect for my time .
Completely surpassed our expectations! We have made memories that will last a lifetime and would recommend it for everyone. We did 5 days of safari: 1 day in Tarangire, 3 days in Serengeti, 1 day Ngorongoro crater. We could not have hoped to have seen more wildlife - we saw the big 5 (rhino in Ngorongoro) and a whole lot more. We were blessed to have a leopard sighting on each of the 3 days we had in Serengeti as well as a serval. There are endless roads and terrains to explore. Great picnic areas to rest and enjoy lunch or snacks with great views and facilities. We were so impressed with the washrooms being well maintained, cleaned and working well. The night sky with sounds of hyenas, sunrises and sunsets with silhouettes of acacia trees, countess zebra and wildebeest and the kindness of the Tanzanian people truly filled our hearts with joy.
An amazing experience that one should experience at least once in a lifetime! Having visited the place in July 2024, I encouraged my daughter to join me when I visited again this year. She loved the experience and had a chance to see plenty of animals and their young ones in the wild. At night when camping in tents under the stars we heard the lions roaring and it felt like they were not too far from the camp. At breakfast time the cook mentioned that the lions were across the river, around 300 metres away. There was a large herd of wild buffalo within 30 metres from the tents when we woke up in the morning. In the evening a few zebras went traipsing between the tents in the camp and late in the night, a solitary elephant wandered into the camp and tore off a low hanging branch of a tree! At night the stars were dazzlingly brilliant and stood out beautifully against the pitch black night sky.
