Team Building

Come join us on the water for a unique team-building sailing event designed to foster collaboration, communication, and group cohesiveness. Participants must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to take part in the excursion, and proof of vaccination may be required. Masks are required on the boat and within the marina at the captain’s discretion to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. The event lasts approximately six hours, offering a full half-day experience on the North San Francisco Bay, where teams can work together while navigating real sailing conditions.

This ongoing event is ideal for groups looking to combine learning, challenge, and enjoyment in a shared outdoor environment. Participants will engage in hands-on sailing activities under the guidance of experienced instructors, enhancing teamwork and decision-making skills in a dynamic setting. The program can also be tailored to include a scenic sunset sail upon request, providing a memorable and visually stunning conclusion to the half-day adventure. By the end of the session, teams will have strengthened their collaboration, built confidence in handling a sailboat together, and enjoyed the unique experience of sailing in one of the most challenging and beautiful bays in the world.
