Terrible service… I was on the Valle de las Catrinas Tram Tour… and the tram ran out of gas, disregarding the group’s time (even though they had stated that time and commitment were paramount)… taking over 20 minutes, and they left us waiting for them… when I complained to the girl in the group… her comment was… that’s how it is!! Because there are too many people, they can’t do anything.
These types of tours are usually timed, and from the start, the guides themselves ask for respect, but they don't honor this themselves. They dared to keep us waiting for more than 15 minutes because they were going to fill up on gas during the tour, with the simple excuse that this is just the way it is. If they had any respect for their customers, they should have their vehicles ready for the tours.
My family and I took a tour with this company in Atlixco. They took us to the Magic Garden, the crystal viewing platform, and several tastings with local vendors. We were transported in a spacious and safe vehicle, and the driver was very experienced. Highly recommended.
