On the day of the community service, please bring your bike to the central repair location at the scheduled time. Even though all participants share the same start time, our mechanics are trained to handle check-ins efficiently. They will review your booking information and assess your bike with you to confirm the scope of work and any associated costs. Any adjustments to your payment will only be made after you approve the repairs. Once the service is complete, the mechanics will call you to notify that your bike is ready for pick-up, providing convenient same-day service and a smooth, hassle-free experience.
