We have limited availability, so reserving your spot online is essential to ensure we can service your bike. During the booking process, we request your contact information along with a brief description of your bike and any repair issues you are experiencing. Payment information is collected at the time of booking to secure your reservation, and if you need to cancel, your payment will be fully refunded. This advance information allows our team to prepare properly and deliver consistent, reliable service for every customer while keeping the process simple and efficient.

To provide consistent monthly service, we offer a convenient drop-off–based service within your community. After booking online based on your repair needs, you will drop your bike off by 10:00 AM or earlier at your community’s Bike Medic bike rack. At the rack, you will receive a hang tag to fill out so we can identify your bike. Our Bike Medics will arrive, complete the repairs, and return your bike to the rack before 5:00 PM. You will receive a call or text notification once your bike is ready. If our Medics discover additional issues during the repair, they will contact you to discuss options and any potential price changes, and no additional work will be performed without your approval.
