Payment information is also required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If you need to cancel for any reason, your payment will be fully refunded. Completing this process ahead of time helps our mechanics prepare for each bike, allowing us to provide organized, reliable, and timely service to every participant in the community.

On your scheduled community service day, please bring your bike to our central repair location at the designated time. Even though all participants share the same start time, our team is trained to process check-ins quickly and efficiently so that everyone can receive prompt attention. Once your bike is checked in, the mechanics will review your booking information and assess your bike with you to determine the exact scope of work and any associated costs. Any necessary adjustments to your credit card charges will be made after you approve the work. After your bike has been serviced, the mechanics will call you to notify you that it is ready for pick-up. This same-day service ensures convenience and peace of mind, allowing you to have your bike repaired efficiently without unnecessary delays.
