During booking, we request your contact information, a brief description of your bike, and a summary of any repair issues it may be experiencing, along with your credit card information for payment at the time of booking. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, the payment will be fully refunded. Providing this information ahead of time allows our team to prepare for your service, ensures that the right tools and parts are available, and helps us provide a faster, more reliable repair experience for all community members.

On the day of the Community Service event, please bring your bike to the designated central repair location at your scheduled time. While everyone in the community will begin at the same start time, our mechanics are able to manage check-ins efficiently and work on each bike systematically. Upon arrival, the mechanics will carefully review the information you provided in your booking, inspect your bike, and discuss the scope of work with you to ensure clarity on all necessary repairs. Any adjustments to your credit card charges will be made to reflect the final, agreed-upon repairs. After completing the work, the mechanics will contact you when your bike is ready for pick-up, providing same-day service so you can enjoy your fully serviced bike without delay.
