Access to the camp typically involves a three-mile approach over a 7,500-foot saddle along Wing Ridge Trail 1828, allowing visitors to travel with light day packs while enjoying the surrounding landscape. An alternative four-mile route via Wagon Road Trail offers a flatter and less demanding approach. For added convenience, a porter service is available for guests who prefer assistance with transporting gear.


Situated at approximately 6,400 feet on the 100 Road, the camp offers scenic views and direct access to backcountry skiing opportunities. The setting allows guests to combine travel with recreation, making it possible to ski or explore terrain along the way to and from the base.


The camp features two sleep cabins accommodating up to five guests each, along with shared amenities including a 20-foot kitchen yurt and a sauna.
