Used the motorhome Aire site for 3 nights, perfect location with ehu, fresh water and black/grey waste. Bar/restaurant, take away and shop just a minute walk away. Close to Newry , ideal location.

Hate to leave a negative review but under the circumstances and lack of communication I feel it's necessary. My partner and I booked a cottage after me starting a new job celebrate. It also wasn't cheap! But we thought it would be worth it rather than a hotel. We came in excited to light the fire with the awful weather to the fire having old ashes and nothing for us to light it with. We rang and they sorted it so we were happy enough and appreciated that. Then we went upstairs and the sleeping area was dusty and dirty. They were also lacking basic essentials such as hair dryer, pots and pans, drying cloth for dishes, no milk for tea, bin in bathroom etc. Heard scurrying during the night kept me awake. Saw a mouse run into the bathroom when I was getting breakfast. I understand it's located beside a field and sometimes things like this cannot be helped but it's not the nicest thing on your night away!! We let the owners know there was a mouse with no response at all. Won't be back

Arrived at the cottage and was told before we arrive that the fire would be set ready for us to light. We arrived and there was nothing to light the fire or any firefighters for the coal. Once we phoned they sorted it for us. Then once we were sorted we realised there was a hob for cooking but no pots or pans provided, there was no tea towels to dry the dishes, no bin bags in the bin. The bedroom wasn’t clean, dust as thick as anything all over the floor and cigarette burns all over the sofa aswell as broken ornaments around the room. Then as we got up for our breakfast we seen a mouse running around the floor and into the bathroom. We complained and tried to say to the owners but they didn’t want to know. Very rude and Ill-mannered. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
