Our services include comprehensive tune-ups as well as minor repairs and assessments to keep your bike in excellent condition. A full tune-up includes wiping down the frame and drivetrain, lubricating the chain, adjusting brakes, gears, hubs, headset, and bottom bracket, truing wheels, inflating tires, and performing a test ride to ensure everything functions correctly. Minor repairs or assessments cover single adjustments such as brakes, gears, or seat alignment, along with other a la carte repair options. So lovely to have a place like this so close to the city. Very pleasant and well maintained wild area, easy to access and quick to lose yourself in.
Beautiful day for a beach hike. Small winding tracks across the sand dunes. Plenty of parking but toilets closed!
Best sunset and underrated place, best part is that you can park up all the way to the shore. Lots of washout Jelly fish during sunset and dusk, best view and it’s near enough from city centre during evening time! Can be taken by public transport or just 10-15min drive from city centre.
This was a pretty cool beach. So long and wide. I rode my bike from Dublin here and went across the bridge to see people swimming in the frigid water. Apparently it's a thing because there were changing areas for men and women all along the path. There is a vast grassy area that parallels the beach with various paths to walk or cycle (not for road bikes though). It was a windy day, but I really enjoyed the peace of this area. Good place for dog walkers and anyone needing a recharge with the sea.
Amazing area to relax and go for a walk. The bird-watching is also great with expansive wetlands when you get there at the right tidal times. Can get a bit crowded when the weather is good on a weekend.
