On the day of your scheduled community service, please bring your bike to the central repair location. Even though all members in the community share the same start time, we process check-ins quickly and efficiently. Our mechanics will review your booking details, inspect your bike with you, and discuss the scope of work and associated costs. If there are any changes to the repairs needed, your credit card charges will be adjusted accordingly. Once your bike is fully serviced, our mechanics will call you to notify that it is ready for pick-up, providing same-day service for your convenience.
