Our online booking form is designed to make your check-in and check-out experience as smooth as possible. When booking, we ask for your contact information, a brief description of your bike, and any issues it may have, along with credit card information to secure your reservation. Payment is collected at the time of booking, and if you need to cancel for any reason, your payment will be fully refunded. This helps us manage our schedule efficiently and guarantees that we can dedicate the necessary time and attention to every bike scheduled for service.

On the day of the community service, please bring your bike to our central repair location at the time indicated in your reservation. While everyone in the community begins at the same time, we have an organized check-in process to ensure that all bikes are assessed quickly. Our skilled mechanics will review your booking details, inspect your bike, and discuss any issues or recommended repairs with you. Once you approve the work and its cost, any adjustments to your credit card will be made accordingly. The mechanics will then complete the repairs and contact you as soon as your bike is ready for pick-up, offering same-day service for your convenience.
