The online booking form is designed to improve your overall check-in and check-out experience by collecting your contact information, a brief description of your bike, and details about any repair issues in advance. Payment information is requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation, and if you need to cancel, your payment will be fully refunded. This process helps our team prepare efficiently and deliver smooth, reliable service for every customer.

Due to the clubhouse renovation and limited parking, we will be offering at-home service instead of meeting at the clubhouse. A discounted $35 home-visit fee applies, along with the cost of the selected service. We ask for flexibility, as our arrival window will be between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If it’s more convenient, you may leave your bike by your front door and go about your day, as long as your phone is nearby for any updates or recommendations. Once the service is complete, the mechanics will call you to let you know your bike is ready, providing the convenience of same-day service.
